Terms & Conditions:
Scheme is valid only for bonafide Channel Partners / Wholesalers / Distributors buyers for visiting Convergence India Expo.
Scheme valid for arrival date between 22 to 25 March 2026.
To avail reimbursement, travel details to be submitted in advance through this form.
Reimbursement voucher will be issued after verifying travel details submitted by the buyer.
Issue of reimbursement voucher alone does not guarantee reimbursement; buyer has to meet with at least 10 exhibitors & get reimbursement vouchers stamped /endorsed by the companies to avail reimbursement.
Printed stamped voucher along with flight ticket/train ticket/Car RC/Cab bill, has to be submitted at the onsite Show Management Office for reimbursement.
Reimbursement will be credited to the bank account details provided within 15 working days after submission of duly stamped/endorsed vouchers.
Fuel reimbursement applicable for visitors coming from outside Delhi having non-Delhi car registration number.
Actual fare subject to the maximum of amount mentioned in the scheme will be reimbursed.
Maximum one reimbursement voucher shall be issued per company/PNR.
Reimbursement will be on first come first serve basis.
Issue of the reimbursement voucher is at the discretion of the organizer.
